1. What is Arbor Paintings all about?
The core business of Arbor Paintings is selling artworks of Asian origin and creating commission artworks (paintings, sculpture and handicrafts). We also provide long term lease of artwork at a reasonable rate.
2. How can I purchase an art piece I liked?
In order to purchase the chosen art, you need to click ORDER NOW link below the artwork to go to Order page. Here you should fill in all form fields and click Send button to send the completed form to our email address (please, see How to Buy). Upon receipt of an email with your order, we contact you to confirm your order and discuss all details related to purchase and delivery. Upon receipt of the specified amount of money to our account, we send or deliver you the purchased artwork (please, see Delivery page). The purchased goods will be sent to any address specified by you.
3. How can I pay for my order?
You have the following choices:

Paying with your credit card is absolutely safe and secure. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encipher payment data you send via Internet (please, see Safe Shopping Guarantees).
5. How is an art piece packed for delivery?
Every artwork is packed manually in ultra strong materials, applying special technologies, and then, rolled in special tube, carefully transported to its destination. Some of our paintings are stretched and therefore we wrapped them in bubble wrap and carefully transport them to the destination.
6. What delivery methods do you use?
We employ services of such transportation companies, as DHL, FedEx, TNT, EMS, UPS the indubitable leaders in transportation market with immaculate reputation.
7. How much does my delivery cost?
The cost of delivery within Singapore island (excluding Sentosa) is free. We charge a nominal fee of S$80 for delivery to Sentosa. The cost of worldwide delivery is EXCLUSIVE of price of paintings will be set according to FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT fees and will be communicated to you in email.
8. Are the artworks presented at your site are original?
All artworks presented at our site are originals and created by hand by our panel of artists.
9. Are any digital technologies used during creation of artworks?
No, all works presented at our site were created by professional artists only by hand, without any digital technologies.
10. Can you create an artwork on commission portrait or painting not featured in your website?
Yes, we can. You can send pictures of the paintings and the preferred dimensions and medium to us and we can give you our quotation within 3 working days. After which we take about 4-6 weeks depending on the size and complexity of the artwork. Our professional artists can create any portrait, copy or any other artwork, including sculptures at your request.
11. Can I get a discount, if I order several articles?
Please email us your bulk orders and we are happy to extend a bulk discount to regular customers.
12. I want to purchase a painting, but later. Can you reserve it for me?
